Come to enjoy 6 delicious living food dishes with a side of education! A jammed packed evening for you to nourish your mind, your body and your soul! Add in a dash of humor and a sprinkle of inspiration to complete the night. The menu includes Almond Milk, Sprouted Buckwheat Granola, Carrot Ginger Soup, Creamy Kale Salad, Raw Chocolate Brownies, and Banana Ice Cream.
We could all use a little guidance whether we are just beginning our journey or are well on our way. This class covers many main topics around nutrition including ways to transitions away from gluten, dairy, sugar and processed foods. After this class you will be able to kick any bad habit to the curb.

About Rachelle Girardin RHN, RYT
Rachelle Girardin is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor and Food Prep Extraordinaire! Working in the food industry since she was 14, Rachelle has explored every avenue of nutrition. She has cooked, baked and served her way through most styles of cuisine but has found a home within whole food living.
It’s been a slow and steady transition into health but this progress has inspired Rachelle to teach others ways to transition away from the damaging into the nourishing. Rachelle is an advocate of finding balance and knows that for each individual balance will be defined differently. She is certain that by embarking on a journey through any of her classes that you will leave feeling inspired, motivated and capable to make changes that will last! Rachelle is currently employed at Organic Lives while continuing to teach nutrition workshops through the Prairies.
